The opportunities have implications for the financial and social sustainability of the organisation and its staff, if you can rapidly adapt to the situation. Many staff have been with the company for over 10 years working in the same roles. Access to your suppliers is constrained due to the COVID-19 restrictions placed by governments.

You have been asked to prepare a report recommending how to take advantage of the upsurge in demand and the steps senior management should take.

Identify an industry sector and prepare a report recommending how to take advantage of the upsurge in demand and the steps senior management should take to lead the workforce, manage suppliers and communicate with customers and staff.
