Track changes
Track changes allows you to review a document and to keep track of all markups that have occurred in the document. Markup are comments and tracked changes that help keep track of changes made to documents.

Turn on Track Changes
STEP 1: Click on the Review tab.
STEP 2: Locate the Tracking button in the Review tab as illustrated below:
STEP 3: Click on the tracking button to display the Tracking menu
STEP 4: Click on the sliding button as illustrated above to Turn on Track Changes
STEP 5: After turning on Track Changes, the Markup text appears highlighted in red as illustrated below:
To View and hide markup:
STEP 1: Click on Tracking from the Review tab
STEP 2: Select the All Markup option as illustrated in the figure below
STEP 3: To view all changes select All Markup as illustrated in the figure below:
STEP 4: To hide all changes select No Markup as illustrated in the figure below:
