ALL LATE SUBMISSIONS WITHOUT PRE-ARRANGED EXTENSIONS WILL BE MARKED AS “FAIL”. EXTENSIONS WILL ONLY BE PROVIDED IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES.
